- Tracked letter: the economical option, delivered straight to your letterbox, with a tracking number;
- Colissimo: full tracking, from dispatch to delivery.

Outside metropolitan France and Monaco, the tracked letter costs 10 € for the first item, then 4.50 € for each additional item.
Free delivery in metropolitan France on orders of 55 € or more. French overseas territories, the European Union and other international destinations are not covered by this offer.
Delivery times
Your order is prepared and shipped within 2 to 3 working days. Estimated transit times, from dispatch:
- Metropolitan France and Monaco: 2 to 3 working days;
- French overseas territories: 4 to 10 working days;
- European Union, Switzerland, Andorra, Liechtenstein, San Marino and Vatican City: 3 to 8 working days depending on the country;
- other countries: 5 to 15 working days, excluding customs processing.
Your tracking number is sent by email upon dispatch. For international destinations, tracked-letter tracking may stop once the parcel leaves France: choose Colissimo if you want to follow your parcel all the way to delivery.
Customs
Parcels to French overseas territories, Switzerland, the Canary Islands and countries outside the European Union travel with a customs declaration. Any duties and taxes of the destination country are payable by the recipient.
United States and United Kingdom
