You have 14 days from receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.
How it works
- Let us know by email at contact@koinoborihouse.com, or online: withdraw from the contract here. You receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email.
- We send you the applicable return address and instructions.
- Return the product within 14 days of your request, unused, complete, in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
- The refund is issued via the payment method used for the order, within 14 days of your request; we may wait until we have received the product or proof that it has been sent back.
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in case of an error on our part, a defective product or a non-conforming product.
Personalised or made-to-order products are excluded from the right of withdrawal; this exclusion is clearly indicated before any personalised order is confirmed.
